Owen has beeen missing his buddies. He rode to the park to meet up with them. Needless to say fun was had by all.

We are on a health kick at the Provencher house.  Here is our first day, Owen went for a 6.5 mile bike ride while he yelled "encouraging" words to his Mom running after him.
